Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the NeBlu website and the NeBlu voice-AI service ("Service"), provided by Ragencia SAS ("NeBlu", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
NeBlu provides AI-powered voice assistants that answer calls, capture information, and perform configured tasks on behalf of business customers. Features and availability may change as the Service evolves.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. The Service is intended for business use and for users aged 18 or over.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, to send prohibited or harmful content, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or to use it in a way that violates telecommunications or data-protection law. You are responsible for informing your own callers and end users as required by applicable law.
4. Fees
Paid plans are billed as described at the point of sale or in your order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of tax and non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Customer data & privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Where NeBlu processes call data on your behalf, a Data Processing Agreement applies on request.
6. Intellectual property
NeBlu and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including software, models and branding. You retain rights in the content and data you provide.
7. Availability & disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated output may contain errors and should not be relied on as professional advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NeBlu shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate as described in the applicable order. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
